Boogie On, Reggae Woman

Nope, the title of the entry has nothing to do with the content. I'm just really digging my old Stevie Wonder CDs (e.g. Innervisions, Fulfillingness' First Finale, Songs in the Key of Life) right now. It's a spiritual experience, I'm telling you.

No, this entry is on required-type reading of the Ratbastards variety. Barth Anderson has a thought-provoking story called "The Ninth Arrest" up at Lone Star Stories, and Christopher Barzak is at Strange Horizons with an atmospheric and creepy tale called "The Trail of My Father's Blood". You should go and read both of these stories. Now would be a good time.
